Witness Support to Manage Employee Mental Wellbeing

If one of your employees has seen a crime or witnessed something that will later play out in court, this situation is not normally a pleasant experience and can trigger acute anxiety in individuals asked to give evidence.

Supporting your employees

Offering more than EAP in times of need

While employee counselling percolates throughout many of our services, our witness support does differ. Firstly, our consulting team are specialists in this area and your employee who’s involved in the case will have direct contact with their consultant. Should support before or after the fact be required, they will be on hand to triage, so that your employee’s mental wellbeing is guarded.

Additionally, your employees have access to a certain number of counselling sessions, but for witness support, these consultations fall outside their general allocation. Our consultants will also work closely with your affected employee to build a strong relationship, and if needed, they might be case managed. Equally, should your employee need it, we may refer them to our EAP services.
