We are seeking an experienced well-rounded mental health professional to work within our People Assist team to provide People Assist Services including EAP, Manager Assist, Rapid Response and EAP Plus. You will recognise and anticipate real or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations for intervention and be able to provide professional supervision to consultants. Experience in coaching and delivering strategic human resource solutions is highly desirable.


A driver's licence, own vehicle and a willingness to deliver services across metro and regional VIC are a must.
