Since the earliest days of EAP and Pastoral Care provision, Converge International has invested in the development of a a committed, diverse and qualified team - it’s a key factor in our success. Our team is built to consist of consultant spectrum, spanning social workers, social workers, mediators, wellbeing experts, pastoral carers, management coaches and rehabilitation partners, to provide our client organisation’s with access to the right person for the task, support or intervention.

With an average of ten years' experience, our consultants are experienced in the delivery of mental health and psychological support, particularly in the assessment, delivery of psychological support and appropriate referral of clients where required.

Our professional consultants contribute to and remain current with emerging theory and knowledge aligned with their technical areas of expertise including current trends in employee health and wellbeing. Our team members are actively involved in research and development, and have memberships to a number of professional associations and regulatory bodies.
