Dr Jenny George is the CEO of Converge International, joining the organisation in the role of CEO in January 2016 after serving as a non-executive board director for 2 years. Jenny has more than 15 years’ experience in executive roles at Melbourne Business School including serving as Dean for two years. Jenny has a PhD in Operations, Information and Technology from Stanford University. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Director People Assist
Cate is a social worker and organisational development consultant with more than a decade of clinical and organisational experience in EAP, consultancy and training. She is a past manager of the beyondblue National Workplace Program and has worked with organisations to drive mental health strategy and train leaders, managers and employees on mental health support. Cate is passionate about supporting mental health in the workplace, assisting organisations to maximise employee wellbeing and build positive workplace cultures.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott is a qualified CPA, GAICD and holds an MBA. Prior to joining Converge, Scott held diverse roles at Australia Post, BHP and KPMG and thrives in challenging environments, enjoys creating high performing teams and driving organisational change. Scott offers expertise in Investment & Capital Management, Corporate Strategy and Planning, M&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Transformation and working with financial Regulators.
Corporate Services Manager
Glenn is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience working in executive management. Prior to joining Converge, Glenn held leadership positions at The Big Issue Australia, KPMG and Flinders Christian Community College. He now heads up the Corporate Services team responsible for Risk, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Contracts & tendering, IT and infrastructure.

Petrina has over 20 years’ experience working with top tier private organisations and state and federal government, in senior corporate and consulting roles in HR management. She now heads up People Culture and Learning blending her expertise from the past with her passion for consulting and counselling. Petrina brings strong business acumen and solid tactical and strategic HR, mediation and facilitation experience to this important senior role.

Prue is a registered psychologist, with 20 years of consulting experience. She specialises in behavioural and psychological assessment for selection and development, relationship management, strategic and operational business management, business development and project management in an Australian and Global context.
