From time to time, you need to restructure your business or a team. This is usually a stressful time for everyone involved. It also exposes your business to many risks including loss of key talent, change fatigue, loss of productivity and lower employee engagement.

In these situations we can work with an existing EAP provider to ensure full support is offered.
Our highly acclaimed training sessions on resilience and working through change can also be helpful for all staff whether impacted directly by the restructure or not. Finally, we can craft an outplacement program for those employees who will be made redundant under the restructure. Our career training modules can be delivered to groups of your employees at your site and can include topics such as transitioning to retirement, starting a new business, writing a great resume, using social media for job search and interview techniques.
