PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

In some environments, you may employ specialised professionals such as psychologists or social workers who could benefit from professional supervision and who may be required to receive supervision to remain registered.

Our consultants can work with your team using a professional supervision framework. This format allows for:

  • Reflection and discussion in a relaxed conversation based format, facilitated by a trained supervisor
  • Independent and impartial perspective of the supervisor
  • Opportunity to debrief on core issues, review cases, and develop skills (learn from work)
  • Flexible structure that can work with individuals or groups
Our supervisors also regularly include an element of upskilling in supervision contexts. If you have a group being supervised then a specific theme or topic could be shared with the group as informal training. Participants are given information and strategies to improve their own self-care and also allow for better involvement with their internal clients.

Topics might include:

  • Building Emotional Resilience
  • Managing Stress
  • Managing Negative Thinking
  • Managing Negative Emotions
  • Developing Positivity
  • Building Strong and Supportive Relationships
  • Personal and Professional Boundaries
  • Difficult Behaviours, Emotions and Situations
