About our Presenter:

Matthew Budgen
Principal Consultant – Converge International

Matt Bugden has been with Converge International since 2018, as a Principal Consultant and Clinical Operations Manager. He brings extensive experience in the delivery of workplace wellbeing solutions for companies, leaders and their teams.

He’s been delivering psychological counselling, consultancy, and training as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker for 23 years and in that time has passionately assisted thousands of individuals, groups, and employers across Australia and internationally. Matt has highly developed skills in the areas of mental health awareness and management, critical incident risk management, psychological safety, change management, and team dynamics. Matt’s framework of design and deliver is extensively evidence-based, whilst synchronized and tailored to pragmatically meet the operational demands of his clients. Matt is authentic and will focus on building a trusting working relationship with you and your teams, allowing for the best workplace wellbeing solutions to be created.
