Her diverse background has honed her passion for creating a client-focused culture. She now leads a dynamic team of over twenty partnership managers, tender writers and a sales support team supporting over 1,600 client organisations. Her expertise in sales operations, data capture and reporting, along with her energetic, driven leadership style are key to her success.

Fergus, as the Chief Technical Officer at Converge, brings over 35 years of technology experience in hardware and software design and delivery. Originally from Ireland, he has worked across the EU, UK, USA, Asia, and Australia in industries such as Insurance, Banking, Payroll/HRIS, and Intelligent Traffic Management. Fergus holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He leads Converge's technology strategy and transformation, leveraging his global experience to drive innovative solutions, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

A former manager of the Beyondblue National Workplace Program, Cate is a sought-after expert in mental health in the workplace. She focuses on clinical governance and excellence, evolving the exceptional value that employee assistance providers bring to businesses to reduce people risk and improve performance. Paul is also in the advanced stages of completing a professional doctorate exploring bullying behaviour in surgery.

Mark has over 15 years of private equity experience and is currently a Partner with Roc Partners, a leading alternative asset manager with over $8.5bn under management specialising in private equity in Asia Pacific.
Whilst working in private equity, Mark has focused on working with small to medium sized businesses on refining and executing on their strategic growth plans across a broad range of initiatives and sectors.
Prior to joining Roc in 2018, Mark previously worked with Next Capital, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and KPMG. Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Monash University) and a Masters of Applied Finance (Macquarie University).

Anna has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, corporate development and private equity and currently works for Roc Partners, a leading Asia Pacific alternative investment firm. She has a particular focus on growth capital and mid-market investment and is passionate about working with businesses to support growth. Prior to joining Roc Partners in 2021, Anna worked at EY, Wesfarmers, Gresham and for family office capital.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has an Executive MBA from the University of NSW and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Anna is also involved in not-for-profit and private capital industry boards.

Now consulting to the energy sector in Western Australia, Trevor is a former senior commercial manager for Synergy – the largest electricity retailer in Perth, Western Australia - negotiating and managing the company’s large wholesale electricity supply contracts. Previously manager of strategic human resources for Western Power Corporation, including a strong involvement in strategic corporate change management & building organisational capability, Trevor has also held responsible roles in planning & resource management, commercial and engineering project management and power station operations management.
With a strong volunteering commitment, he has been involved in a variety of local community projects and service in national and local community organisations.
He has 20+ years' experience as a company director across the ‘for-purpose’ and ‘for-profit’ sectors.

In addition to his role as Chairman of Converge International, Terry is Chairman of TasmaNet Pty Ltd and is the past Chairman of Seeing Machines Limited (LSE: SEE), Intelledox Pty Ltd, AVA Risk Group Limited (ASX: AVA), Opportunity International Network Inc., and Australian Home Care Services.
He is also a director of Redflex Holdings Limited (ASX: RDF), and Many Rivers Microfinance Ltd. Terry founded Link Telecommunications Pty Ltd in Australia in 1982 and led the creation of Optus Communications from 1989-1992, serving on the Optus Board until 1995.
