Please carefully read through the following terms and conditions relating to our Elevated Wellness Webinar Package, terms of use, and 10% discount offer.
Terms & Conditions
- Elevated Wellness webinar packages run for 12 months, commencing from the following month of purchase. Links will be provided to the key client contact for all sessions for the 12-month period. These links are intended to be distributed to employees within the client’s organisation by the client to promote sessions.
- Training services are not to be recorded, copied, or distributed under any circumstances. Links must not be shared with any third-party organisations.
- All payments made for the elevated wellness webinar package with Converge are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, the amount paid is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Once a payment is received, the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. You agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or any alternative service if you decide to cancel the booking.
- Reporting on webinar registrations and attendance, additional links, and customised sessions can be provided for an additional cost.
