Jade Nicholson

Executive Director of Client Relationships

Jade, as the Executive Director of Client Relationships at Converge, brings over 15 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles with Australia’s largest and most successful retail brands, including Bunnings, Myer, Forever New, Lovisa, and Cotton On. Her diverse background has honed her passion for creating a client-focused culture. She now leads a dynamic team of over twenty partnership managers, tender writers and a sales support team supporting over 1,600 client organisations. Her expertise in sales operations, data capture and reporting, along with her energetic, driven leadership style are key to her success.

Sanja Malenic

Executive Director of Operations

Sanja, as the Executive Director of Operations at Converge, brings 10 years of experience in customer service & operational leadership and is passionate about developing staff. She embeds quality operational systems & processes to deliver a quality user experience across customer service, process improvement, data analytics and workforce optimisation. Sanja continues to play a key role in Converges’ digital transformation journey to enhance systems to support a quality experience. Sanja comes with a background in Psychology and is combines mental health experience with a Masters in Business to ensure operational excellence.

Executive Director of Strategic Solutions

Lana, as the Executive Director of Strategic Solutions at Converge, brings a wealth of experience from her background in sport and occupational psychology. Joining Converge in 2004, Lana has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation, driven by her passion for innovation and excellence. She is also the current president of EAPAA, the peak body for EAP providers. Lana heads up Converge’s large clinical team, driving the highest standards in service delivery and quality. She believes that investing in people ensures sustainable excellence in workplace mental health. She thrives on working with her creative and determined colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

A former manager of the Beyondblue National Workplace Program, Cate is a sought-after expert in mental health in the workplace. She focuses on clinical governance and excellence, evolving the exceptional value that employee assistance providers bring to businesses to reduce people risk and improve performance. Cate believes that investing in people ensures sustainable excellence in supporting both employees and organisational health.

Paul Gretton-Watson

His extensive background in executive-level, client-facing roles has honed his skills in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and organizational growth. Paul’s leadership in developing innovative digital marketing assets and effective communications has significantly boosted Converge International’s industry presence. His ability to understand and meet client needs, coupled with his dedication to mental health and wellbeing, positions him as a key driver of the company’s success. Paul is also in the advanced stages of completing a professional doctorate exploring bullying behaviour in surgery.
