Partnering with the Department of Home Affairs to build a job-ready, safety-focused workforce
Since November 2021, Converge has supported the Department of Home Affairs (15,000+ staff) with large-scale psychological suitability assessments for operational safety roles. More than 1,500 prospective candidates have been evaluated to identify strengths, mitigate risks, and ensure those who progress are ready to thrive in the Australian Border Force’s rigorous 12-month training pathway. Insights from the assessments were aligned with the Department’s training and development programs—helping accelerate learning, inform coaching, and strengthen workforce capability from day one.
