What is EAP support
EAP support is a free-of-charge, confidential wellbeing and mental health service funded by your employer. When your organisation partners with an employee assistance program, such as Converge, you’re able to access expert support to overcome mental health challenges in your personal and professional life. The goal of EAP is to help you get back to your best. It’s designed to support you with any and all mental health challenges so you’re able to be productive, resilient, perform at your best, and feel mentally healthy.

Is EAP support confidential?
EAP support is completely confidential. When you engage with a clinician, you’ll receive expert guidance, advice, and support without worrying that your employer or others within your organisation or broader community will know what was discussed. We only share anonymised data so your employer can understand the types of mental health challenges employees are facing, enabling them to make necessary adjustments to improve the workplace for all.

Employee Wellbeing Portal
Access a range of resources, wellbeing tools, tipsheets, webinars, and 24/7 online booking in our Employee Wellbeing Portal. You can access our enhanced platform via your laptop, desktop, tablet and phone through our website - where you can also utilise our click-to-call and Live Chat for bookings and enquiries.

Face-to-face support
You can talk to one of our experienced mental health professionals face-to-face at one of our many locations across Australia. Simply select an onsite consultation when you book your appointment. We also have the capacity to offer you onsite support in all Australian states and territories, including Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, ACT, Tasmania, and Northern Territory.

Virtual support
Talk to a mental health professional from the sanctity of your own home – or wherever you feel most comfortable – with our virtual counselling. Get started by clicking the online booking option at the top of the page, or jump on the Converge App.

Phone support
Access our expert team in your time of need through our contact centre. Call to book an appointment or select telehealth when you’re booking online to receive a call and hold your counselling session over the phone.
