Our Career Coaching team consists of highly experienced career, leadership and transition coaches who support individuals across Australia and New Zealand through career change, redundancy, professional development and workplace challenges.
Collectively, the team brings extensive experience across recruitment, human resources, organisational development, leadership consulting, business management and professional coaching. Many of our coaches have worked in corporate, consulting and leadership roles, giving them practical insight into workplace change, restructuring, leadership development and the evolving employment market.
The team holds a broad range of tertiary and professional qualifications, including certifications in professional coaching, transformational coaching, career development, organisational coaching and leadership coaching. In addition, many of our coaches hold qualifications in business, human resources, leadership and workplace wellbeing.
Several members of the team are accredited with recognised professional bodies, including the International Coaching Federation and the Career Development Association of Australia.
