Specialist Helplines for Your Particular Need
We believe in reducing access barriers and creating supportive and inclusive environments for all.
How our helplines work
Understanding Specific & Cultural Needs
Our consulting team has deep expertise, lived- experience and/or qualifications in each area of specialty. In recognising that everyone’s experience is unique, our consultants provide an environment where the caller is believed, heard and supported.
Our Specialist Helpline program provides employees with tailored support to meet their specific needs. Recognising that employees understand their challenges best, our dedicated Specialist Helplines offers streamlined intake to connect them with expert consultants.
We provide options and support to navigate decision-making, including referrals to community resources. Based on the needs of each caller, they will receive a sensitive support plan, which may include additional sessions with their preferred consultant through our EAP program.
*Please note our helplines are for specialised non-urgent support. Urgent support will be directed to our crisis support team.
Our helplines have supported our clients’ employees for many years.
