What is Digital Wellbeing Technology?
Digital wellbeing technology uses secure apps, online platforms and data-informed tools to help employees access professional support, build healthy habits and manage their wellbeing. At Converge, this technology includes the Converge App, Employee Wellbeing Portal and Service Hub.
The goal of digital wellbeing technology is to encourage proactive wellbeing and make early intervention support easier to access. Through the tools and resources available, your employees can actively recognise challenges, access clinical support early, and understand their stressors. Here is why digital wellbeing tools matter:
- Protects wellbeing by helping staff identify the causes of stress and poor wellbeing and providing practical strategies to manage them.
- Breaks down barriers to help-seeking through gamified learning that encourages employees to engage with wellbeing support before reaching crisis point.
- Helps staff develop healthy habits and manage the integral parts of health that impact wellbeing – such as sleep tracking, diet, movement and more.
Part of Converge’s Digital Wellbeing Technology Ecosystem

The Converge App is one of three integrated digital platforms that connect employees and leaders with expert wellbeing support. Together with the Employee Wellbeing Portal and Service Hub, it provides seamless access to counselling, coaching, wellbeing resources and organisational support, bringing expert human care together with intuitive digital technology.
