Providing practical, confidential, 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support to your workforce via our EAP counselling services, helping them remain resilient, productive, and engaged.
What is EAP
What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP, or an employee Assistance Program, is a 24/7, confidential, employer-funded mental health and wellbeing program for employees and their immediate family members to access, free-of-charge. EAP is designed to provide effective, targeted psychological support for challenges impacting employees personal and professional lives – including performance, stress, productivity, and overall wellness.
EAP is an effective tool to remain compliant and meet safety standards and obligations due to employee assistance programs underpinning psychosocial risk prevention. EAP is available through:
- Phone support
- Telehealth
- Virtual and face-to-face counselling
- And is bookable via our website (the Employee Wellbeing Portal), the Converge App, and our contact centre.

We all know that our personal and professional lives are deeply connected. As such, EAP is a key employee benefits program that ensures employees are thriving inside and outside of work – underpinning your bottom line and ROI. Here is how EAP works:
→ Employee Assistance Programs are completely confidential, easily accessible, and free to use for employees.
→ Provides short-term, evidence-based, effective mental health care.
→ In the case of Converge, we see mental health as more than just EAP counselling. We cover the whole wellbeing spectrum.
→ Our EAP program covers anything and everything that may intrude on an employees psychological wellbeing.
