Our eLearning modules can be accessed through your organisation’s learning management system (LMS) at a license cost or through our LMS at a per user price.

Assessments

  • Provide a range of assessments to enhance self-awareness, strengths and development opportunities.
  • Psychometric tools include the OPQ, MLQ Plus VIA character strengths and the Hogan Assessment, amongst others.

eLearning

  • Engaging and self-paced interactive eLearning modules providing understanding and knowledge transfer across a range of topics.
  • Housed on the clients learning management system (LMS) or accessed through Converge’s LMS.
  • Customised with branding, case studies and internal initiatives, policies, support and resources.

Interactive Workshops
