Elevated Wellness Webinar Package: Terms & Conditions
- Session Access
Elevated Wellness webinar packages run for 12 months, commencing from the following month of purchase. Links will be provided to the key client contact for all sessions for the 12-month period. These links are intended to be distributed to employees within the client’s organisation by the client to promote sessions. - Usage Restrictions
Training services are not to be recorded, copied, or distributed under any circumstances. Links must not be shared with any third-party organisations. - Payment and Refund Policy
All payments made for the elevated wellness webinar package with Converge are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, the amount paid is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Once a payment is received, the booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. You agree that you will not be entitled to a refund or any alternative service if you decide to cancel the booking. - Reporting
Reporting on webinar registrations and attendance, additional links, and customised sessions can be provided for an additional cost.

Psychosocial Risk Assessment Masterclass: Terms & Conditions
- Session Access
The Converge Psychosocial Risk Assessment Masterclass consists of a single session. Access will be provided to the individual who has purchased the session. No other members of the purchaser’s organisation are permitted to attend. - Usage Restrictions
Training services, including all materials and content provided as part of the masterclass, must not be recorded, copied, or distributed under any circumstances. Access links are exclusive to the individual purchaser and must not be shared with any third-party entities. - Payment and Refund Policy
All payments made for the Converge Psychosocial Risk Assessment Masterclass are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. Additionally, bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once payment has been received. Participants acknowledge that if they choose not to attend or discontinue the program, they will not be eligible for a refund or alternative services. No discounts apply.
